These are donation based yoga classes

The Buddha encouraged the cultivation of embodied awareness as the foundation for the development of mindfulness. These vinyasa yoga classes offer an opportunity to bring mindfulness into your daily life through the power of mindful movement. These classes will be a good fit for all, no experience is necessary.
